Kota City is a major industrial city of Rajasthan State. As a result of industrialization development and construction of this city situated near the banks of river Chambal, the citizens of Kota are enjoying all the modern facilities in their daily life. On the other hand many social, economical, cultural and moral problems are arising in society. Keeping in mind the increasing seriousness of these problems in future and to control these all problems in beginning, some socially aware personals & thinkers decided to constitute an organization. This organization will create awareness about the bad habits / evils developing in S.C. / S.T. / O.B.C. or weaker sections of public. This organization will also provide them the proper education to impart good habits and to divert them towards the sacramental life and will bring the children and women of these poor sections of population in the main stream of nation giving up all the evils / bad habits of society. For this purpose this organization will run various programs of welfare. To achieve the above targets on the day 15th of March 1983, ‘Madhu Smriti Bal Kalyan Utthan Sansthan’ was established.

On 8th of Oct. 1984, this organization was registered under Society Act and keeping in mind the aims, name of organization was slightly changed as ‘Madhu Smriti Mahila & Bal Kalyan Utthan Sansthan’. Its head office is at 51/67, In front of Neerja Modi School, Shipra Path, Mansarovar, JAIPUR and Branch office at Rangbari, Kota.
